Life will only get better. :)

Was so tired yesterday after CGM ended.

Perhaps it was because i'd only slept for a few hours only?

But it was a good sermon and I'd learnt alot of things. :)

So it was worth it.

Also felt the presence of God within my heart yesterday during CGM.

Felt like tearing all of the sudden , but didn't teared.

God showed me a picture of lotus flower. I was like "Huh?"

Till now I'm not really sure of what is the meaning of that picture.

Guess I need to pray later and ask God..

I hate it when I am alone , and the memories of us just flow back.

Alas, reality just struck me again.

Accepting the fact that all the events will never happen again.

I think maybe it was because God knew the pain and misery that I'm going through now, that was why He sent my friend to lend me this book, which is called "I kissed dating goodbye", by Joshua Harris.

Thank God.

Not only does the book talks about how Christians should see relationships, and also how we can improve our relationship with God.

Everytime I open the book, it just seems like God is speaking to me through the book.

Serves as a reminder for me to see relationships, and also pulls me closer to God.

There was this sentence from the book, which I find it very meaningful, and somehow related to me.

After you've broke up with the person....

"Does he realized he played a part in tearing down her purity? Does he feel pangs of guilt for breaking her heart? Does he even care?

I believe the time has come for Christians, male and female, to own up to the mess we've left behind in our selfish pursuit of short-term romance. What excuse will we have when God asks us to account for our actions and attitudes in relationships? If God sees a sparrow fall (Mat 10:29), do you think He could possibly overlook the broken hearts and hurt we cause in relationships based on selfishness?

Everyone around us may be doing it. But at the end of our lives, we won't answer to everyone. We'll answer to God. Our actions in relationships haven't escaped God's notice. But here's the good news: The God who sees all our sin is ready to forgive if we repent and turn from them.

Because of Jesus's sacrifice for me, I know that God has forgiven me for the sins I've committed against Him and against the girlfriends I've had.

It's this grace, this mercy, that should motivate us to live differently for the rest of our lives.

I'm an unworthy sinner that God chose to rescue and forgive.

This is love.

And because I've experiened it - because Jesus died for me - I am committed to a love life that's controlled by Him."

I am willing to be controlled by You.
